I met with Elizabeth for the first time today.  She was pleasant, professional and very attuned to my specific needs.  I've had Ashiatsu massages before but none of those even begin to compare with what I experienced today with Elizabeth.  My back feels better right now than it has for a very long time!  The most unexpected thing though, is how pain free and flexible my neck feels.  I first noticed that on the drive home.  I was able to turn my neck instead of my whole body to look for traffic!

I loved the deep tissue work and I love the way my body feels now! Thank you so kmuch for really digging in to your work. Much appreciated.

I came to Rapid City to work for a week and found Traditional Healing for a massage. I've had other massages before, but she was wonderful! I have had back pain for decades and through her work we were able to not only work on some problems areas but also realize a deeper extent of my issues. She also had a long conversation about a plan for me before and after my appointment. She is a true professional and I felt in good care the entire time. I highly recommend you give her a try!

I was in town to do the Crazy Horse hike up to the top. I knew after that I would need a good massage. The massage studio is very nicely decorated, peaceful and welcoming. Elizabeth is very personable and friends immediately puts you at ease. I had never had a barefoot massage but now that I have I am going to try and find a place at home. I highly recommend Elizabeth you will not be disappointed!

I always feel amazing after my visit with Elizabeth! She takes the time to understand what's hurting and tries to figure out why. She is able to get into spots most therapists can't and can give really good deep pressure to break down the knots. 

I love massage of all kinds, but Elizabeth and her asiatsu (sp?) method are next level.   She finds my tight spots, yet I never feel sore  afterward. 
Elizabeth herself is wonderful; she is always smiling and full of gratitude. Once our massage starts, she does not talk my ear off as others have done.  She will only ask massage related question as needed. I schedule with her as often as I am able.  I highly recommend this experience, especially the 90 minutes!
