Policy and Terms

💰 PAYMENT / PLATFORM FEES 💰 A 50% deposit is required upon booking.. and remaining payment to be paid on the day of your Treatment, with Training course payment to be paid in full a minimum of 7 days before practical training day. This is to protect myself and my business as this is my only income.. if I have *no shows*then I don’t get paid 😢 I’m very lucky, as that rarely ever happens! However I still need to cover myself! If you need to reschedule your training date.. this must be done within 7days of training date, if you cancel your training course or treatment ,without rebooking another date , your payment will be non refundable. When paying by card at your appointment there is a small platform fee. Depending on your treatment cost will depend on the platform fee.. starting from 20p -£3 However… if you would like to avoid paying the platform fee… you can bank transfer or pay cash! (Please bring correct amount of cash) So there are options for you all! Model slot bookings are NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING POLICY! Without deposit being paid, your appointment is NOT SECURED. When your booking is made and confirmed by the deposit being paid.. if you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so, however I ask for a minimum of 48hours for treatment booking and 72hours notice for training course booking if possible( I no that can’t always be the case) I do understand that life can throw us a curve ball at the worst of times!
