Touch of Essence — Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Confirmation A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. ⸻ 3. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a late fee of $20 will be applied. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled depending on availability. • Deposits are non-refundable for appointments cancelled due to excessive lateness. ⸻ 4. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 50% of the service cost before booking again. ⸻ 5. Payment Payments are accepted via cash or online transfer. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. ⸻ 6. Health & Safety Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or discomfort. Touch of Essence is not responsible for undisclosed conditions. ⸻ 7. Professional Conduct Touch of Essence provides professional therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. ⸻ 8. House Call Policy Travel fees vary by location. Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment before the service begins. ⸻ 9.
