Policy and Terms
Service Policy & Booking Information: As an independent apprentice, I am dedicated to perfecting my craft and providing each client with focused, high-quality results. Because I set aside significant time for complex transformations, the following policy ensures I can continue to grow my business and serve you best. 1. Deposit Requirement A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all chemical services or any appointment lasting 2 hours or longer. Deposits must be paid via Cash or Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) to secure your time slot. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24+ Hours Notice: If you need to move your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, your deposit will be happily transferred to your new booking. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover the lost session time. Rebooking: Once a deposit is forfeited, a new deposit will be required to book a future service.
