A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but after 15 minutes, a late fee of 10£ may apply,or your appointment may be canceled. • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. • Same-Day Cancellations: Canceling on the same day of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Payments & Refunds • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. Full payment is due at the time of service. • No Refunds: All services are non-refundable.
