Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. If you reschedule through the provided link, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due at the end of your service.

Cancellations & Late Policy:
	•	Same-day cancellations will result in a 25% cancellation fee charged to your card.
	•	If you are 15 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be canceled and a 25% fee will be applied.

New Clients:
Hi babes! Please send a photo of your natural hair after booking so I can properly prepare for your appointment.

Prep Requirements:
Clients must arrive shampooed, blow-dried, and product-free ( No oils ) unless a shampoo service has been added to the appointment.
