💳 BOOKING FEE & CONFIRMATION

• A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required within 24 hours
• Appointments are not confirmed until the fee is received
• Do not pay the full service cost in advance
• Booking fee is deducted from the final balance

Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours):
Deposits may occasionally be waived for same-day or next-day appointments at the artist’s discretion. This is a one-time accommodation and does not remove the deposit requirement for future bookings.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• 48 hours notice required
• With proper notice, booking fee may be transferred once within 1 month
• Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the booking fee
• All payments are non-refundable

• 15-minute grace period based on availability
• After 15 minutes the appointment may be cancelled

🧼 HAIR PREPARATION

Arrive with hair:

• Freshly washed
• Fully dried/blown out
• Free of oils, grease, leave-ins, or conditioner

Failure to meet preparation requirements may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.

Add a wash service when booking if needed. Same-day add-ons are not guaranteed.

• Wigs/lace must be dropped off at least 4 working days prior (Tue–Sat)
• Label with full name + contact information
• No synthetic or synthetic-blend extensions accepted
• We are not responsible for pre-existing wig or lace damage

💄 MAKEUP PREPARATION

Arrive with a clean, product-free face (no makeup, skincare, or oils).

Brows should be neatly groomed before your appointment for best results.

📆 SATURDAY POLICY

Saturdays are primarily reserved for makeup services.

Hair appointments are generally not available on Saturdays. If a Saturday hair appointment is accommodated, it is not guaranteed for future bookings.

• For best results, book hair 1–2 days before makeup
• Avoid booking on travel days or tight schedules
• Service times are estimates and will not be rushed

Got a relaxer touch-up with Toni and the whole process was super easy. She was really accommodating, made sure I was comfortable, and my hair feels so soft and light,it feels really healthy.

The salon is clean and comfortable and the stylist takes the time to educate you on maintaining your look. The stylist knows what she's doing so I recommend sending a photo of the look you are going for beforehand so that she can advise you on what state your hair should be in when you arrive or what hair to purchase to ensure the best outcome for your style. The 
finished look is always top tier. 

My bridesmaids look gorgeous and it lasted in the heat and the cold.
