**Important Booking Information** Thank you for choosing Nisi as your child's caregiver. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines: **Booking and Payment:** * A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking. * Payment can be made via Cash App ($3 processing fee) or Zelle. * Please book your appointment carefully, as service times are fixed. **Cancellation Policy:** * **No-shows, no-call cancellations, and same-day cancellations** will result in a service block and a screenshot of the incident. * **Last-minute cancellations (24-48 hours' notice)** will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required for rescheduling. **Late Arrivals:** * A 10-minute grace period is allowed. * After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged. * Failure to pay the late fee may result in future booking restrictions. **Additional Services:** * Squeeze-ins, before-hours, and after-hours appointments can be arranged directly with me via phone. * A $35 fee will be added to the cost of these services. **Important Note:** * Due to home-based childcare regulations, only one parent and the child requiring care are permitted to be present during the appointment.
