A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment

Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in: 
• Loss of your booking fee
• 100% of the booked service price being charged

NO-SHOWS: 
Your booking fee will be forfeited and 100% of the service price will be charged.
