Policy and Terms

Your £15 deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance on the day. Deposits are non-refundable. In some circumstances, we may allow your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment at our discretion. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.
