Cancellations/ late appointments Just let us know Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it, If you need to cancel or change an appointment please call or do so via the booking page. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than an hour before your appointment, we might take 50% of the appointment as a fee. If you are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment it may need to be rescheduled.
