The Warrior Collective is a strength and performance centre based at Gymbow in New Mills, in the heart of the High Peaks. We specialise in expert coaching, personal training, and advanced soft tissue therapy. We support clients of all levels to perform better and feel their best.

Our monthly coaching and personal training plans are built entirely around your goals, your training history, your lifestyle, and your schedule. 

Each programme includes progressive training tailored to your ability level, with a clear roadmap to ensure you’re constantly moving forward. For all clients, sessions are delivered on a 1-1 or class basis with our dedicated coaches. We also provide personalised programming, regular check-ins, accountability, and ongoing adjustments to keep you progressing month after month. 

Alongside performance coaching, our advanced soft tissue therapy sessions combine deep tissue massage, fire cupping, and dry needling to accelerate recovery and unlock movement. With a hands-on approach and carefully structured treatment plans, we help you overcome injury and improve mobility so you can move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
