By booking an appointment with The Pooch Pawlor LLC, you agree to provide a minimum of 24-business hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so or a no-show will result in a charge of 60% of the scheduled service. This policy allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot.
