A relaxing and calm 1-2-1 salon based pet stylist business nestled nicely in the heart of Ilfracombe North Devon seaside town centre where all your pets needs are put first. About the Stylist Me! I’m Emma I am 35 years young with a loving long term partner and nearly 3 year old daughter going on teenager . I am an extremely passionate dog lover with many animal care, husbandry, and behaviour qualifications including a level 3 city and guilds qualification in pet styling received back in 2010 I have 15 years plus in the dog grooming industry. I started as stylist with pets at home back in 2010 and worked my way to salon manager and head stylist by 2013 and stayed there until my daughter came along in 2022. I have now recently branched out on my own at the start of 2025 and am offering high end quality pet grooming services from my own serene salon right here in Ilfracombe North Devon where your pets welfare, and health and well being are always high priority to me. Policy and Terms

- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time after this time any deposit taken WON’T be refunded and a CANCELLATION FEE applied. No future bookings will be taken until the cancellation fee is paid for in FULL. - No Shows to their appointment or last minute cancellations will have to pay for the missed appointment in full before any future bookings are taken and a deposit for future appointments maybe taken. - Confirmation of all appointments must be made between you and with my self via phone, or messenger before appointment is classified as booked to avoid your disappointment if a particular time and date isn’t available due to my other working commitments. -Matted pets will be clipped short for welfare reasons. I have a 15 minutes de matting / brushing policy if the coat takes longer than this to remove the coat will be taken short for your pets well being and comfort, additional fees will apply to the overall cost of your pets groom. - Un neutered pets are welcome but for hygiene and welfare reasons I will not accept in females that are currently in season, currently pregnant or currently weaning puppies. - Dogs when being groomed may exhibit nervous or aggressive behaviour tendencies towards the groomer and may require a muzzle for the grooming process, dogs that show extreme levels of these behaviours or seems overly stressed will be sent home at any point of the grooming process for your pets well being. -20% tax charge will be applied to every purchase/ and service charges will also apply.

De matting Service (15 Minutes only clip off if will take longer.)

Our de-matting service ensures safe removal of mats, with fees ranging from £5 to double your grooming price based on the severity. Skin issues and other medical conditions may be revealed post-grooming.
