De matting Service (15 Minutes only clip off if will take longer.)

Our de-matting service ensures safe removal of mats, with fees ranging from £5 to double your grooming price based on the severity. Skin issues and other medical conditions may be revealed post-grooming.

Our handling fee covers the specialized care for aggressive or nervous dogs, ensuring safety with techniques like muzzle use during grooming for a stress-free experience.

Matting Charge applies for additional grooming when mats require clipping out or complete removal, this may include a welfare shave down or clip off to ensure pet comfort and coat health.
