CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING:

•Rescheduling must be done 12 HOURS prior to your appointment date and time. Failure to make any changes prior to the 12 hours will result in a new deposit. 

•No call / no shows will not be able to book in the future unless the FULL BALANCE of the no showed service(s) are paid.

•Cancellations can be done at anytime but a NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED for a new appointment. REMINDER DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS:

•When booking multiple services you agree to the entire time slot. If you choose to cancel any services during your appointment, you will be CHARGED HALF of the total service(s) canceled. This also includes canceling the entire appointment. 

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.

GUEST POLICY:

•NO additional guest allowed unless discussed prior to your appointment. (Additional guest allowed when Ex. mom & daughter book together).

•By booking, you AGREE that you or your guest will pay for any damages in or on salon property.  (Note there are other suites around me and the same policy follows if any of their property is damaged).

LATE POLICY:

•There is a 10 MINUTE grace period per appointment after that your appointment can potentially be canceled. There is an additional $5 LATE ARRIVAL FEE if your appointment still stands. A text reminder will be sent out at the 5 MINUTE mark.

NO CALL / NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS:

•A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking. No deposit no appointment. All appointments must be made through the booking site.

•There is an additional $15 FEE for last minute / squeeze in appointments. (Ex. if you do not see it on the booking site).

•Remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Payments can be paid in various forms.

•Card using tap, swipe or chip can be used for payment but will be charged an additional platform fee of (3.5% + $0.30) per transaction through the booking site that is non-refundable.

•All appointments are a REQUEST they will be personally denied or accepted. An email and or text will be sent with confirmation or denial. 

• When rescheduling with PROPER NOTICE your deposit will roll over to the new date and time. Deposits will only roll over 2X through the site. 

• If payment is done using tap, swipe or chip there is an additional platform fee of 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction through the booking site. 

• Confirmations, reminders and other informational text will be sent through an automated number. (888–990–5082)

• When rescheduling the 1X you will receive a new confirmation text/email. If you choose to reschedule a 2X you will not receive a confirmation text/email. (PLATFORMS PRE SETTING)
