Thank you for choosing me for your braid services. Please read all policies carefully before booking. Booking an appointment means you agree to these terms. 🧼 Hair Preparation All clients must arrive with hair: • Freshly washed • Fully dried (blow-dried from root to ends) • Free of oils, grease, and heavy products If your hair is not properly prepared, your appointment may be canceled or a wash & blow-dry fee will be added (if time allows). ⸻ ⏰ Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • A 30-minute grace period is allowed. • After 30 minutes, a $35 late fee will be added. • After 30 minutes without communication, your appointment may be canceled. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Please plan accordingly. I am a home-based stylist, so I ask that: • No extra guests attend your appointment. • Children are only allowed if they are being serviced. This policy ensures a calm, safe, and professional environment for everyone. Because I operate from my home: • Please respect my space. • Do not bring unannounced guests. • Keep noise to a minimum. • No smoking on the property.
