To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for all clients, please take note of my policies regarding no-shows and service deposits: 🔹 No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows impact my ability to serve other clients. • First no-show: You will receive a courtesy reminder of our policy. • Second no-show: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost will be required to rebook. • Third no-show: You may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be refused further bookings. 🔹 Deposit Policy for Chemical & Extension Services All chemical services (including but not limited to color, lightening, perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments) and extension services require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • This deposit will be applied to your final service total. • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. • Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to show. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these policies. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me provide the best service possible! 🔹 Refund Policy for Extension Services Due to the customized nature of extension services, all extension hair sales are final once the service has been completed. No refunds will be issued for the cost of the hair itself. If you experience any concerns with your extensions following your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I am committed to doing everything reasonably possible to assess the situation and work toward a solution. Any adjustments or corrections will be handled on a case-by-case basis; however, a refund for the extension hair will not be provided.
