Policy and Terms

I value your time and mine! To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for all clients, please take note of my policies regarding no-shows and service deposits: 🔹 No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows impact my ability to serve other clients. • First no-show: You will receive a courtesy reminder of our policy. • Second no-show: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost will be required to rebook. • Third no-show: You may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be refused further bookings. 🔹 Deposit Policy for Chemical & Extension Services All chemical services (including but not limited to color, lightening, perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments) and extension services require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • This deposit will be applied to your final service total. • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. • Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to show. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these policies. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me provide the best service possible!
