No shows | same day cancellations require a full payment before your next appointment. Any issues will be rectified within 48hrs, anything after will be classed as an infill. No refunds will be issued. Express lashes are a quicker and faster lash. They sit under your lash line which involves no isolation, (cluster lashes) these needs to be removed by myself. No refunds will be giving and the duration off then will depend on yourself. With accepting this you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in regards to express lashes. Thank you x
