Policy and Terms

BOOKING POLICY Please be sure to book all online appointments at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. For all walk in inquiries please call the salon directly at (919)-708-5644 for availability. CANCELLATION POLICY Please be sure to book all appointments 48 hrs prior to appointment date if possible! Clients who no-show without notice will be blocked from booking and barred from scheduling with any salon stylist until the 50% no-show fee is paid to the stylist missed, so please be sure to book your appointments accordingly.
