By booking with TheKdiorExperienece, you agree to these Policies & Terms. TheKdiorExperienece may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. TheKdiorExperience – Booking & Service Policies To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review and respect the following policies: Booking & Deposits * A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Same-day bookings will incur an additional $25 fee. Attendance Policy * No Call / No Show clients will be automatically banned from future bookings. * Please communicate in advance if you need to reschedule. Late Policy * A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive past your scheduled appointment time. * Excessive lateness may result in cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Hair Preparation * Hair must be clean, washed, and free of product buildup prior to your appointment. * Failure to come prepared may result in additional fees or cancellation. Wig Policy * Used wigs are not accepted unless they were originally installed by TheKdiorExperience. Guests * No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
