The Hair Spot.

•All colour and extension bookings require a £20 deposit at the time of booking. These appointments will not be secure until this is recieved. This will be deducted from your final bill. • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so within 24hrs of the appointment time. If contacted within the time frame, I will carry your deposit over to the new appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and another deposit will be required when re-booking. • No shows are not welcome - any no shows will be required to pay 50% of the appointment at the time of booking should you wish to book in the future, otherwise no future bookings will be made. • Hair extension clients must turn up with clean hair unless booked otherwise. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled resulting in the loss of your deposit, I will not carry a deposit over if the policy agreement cannot be met. • I will not be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect aftercare - please see aftercare guide. I will also not take any responsibility for damage caused by toning outside of the salon.
