Policy and Terms

By booking with TheHairPlugg, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit go toward your total service balance. Please come with clean, product-free hair. TheHairPlugg may cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary and clients will be notified as soon as possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, & Chime. Appointments outside normal business hours or last-minute squeeze-ins may require an additional fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance; Please avoid no-shows & last minute cancellations. A heads up is always appreciated 🫶🏽
