Policy and Terms

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours — or failure to attend the appointment — will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. No payment will be taken at the time of booking. However, a valid card must be provided to secure your appointment. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
