Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. T&C’s below: *All costs inclusive of VAT. - Estimate costing only - Does NOT include dematting or excessive undercoat removal. - Heavily matted coats must be clipped short as extensive dematting causes tremendous stress and pain. - Additional costs apply for parasites present/ heavily soiled coats/ difficult/ aggressive behaviour. - Additional costs apply for LATE collection of not collected within 30 mins of notifying. - Final cost is dependent on the complexity of the groom and how long it takes. - Cost can differ from time to time depending on how long it has been since your last appointment. - Nail trimming and filing can only be done where dog permits it (some dogs can become aggressive or extremely stressed out for nails so if this is the case we would recommend you visit your Vet for this procedure to be done)
