Policy and Terms

• Cancellation/Reschedule Window: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Same-Day Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed on the same day if it's done more than 24 hours before the appointment. • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount of the service. • Exception: The full fee is waived only in the event of a verifiable emergency.
