📅 Appointments Only All services are by appointment only. No walk-ins at this time. Appointments before or after my hours of operation will be an additional fee of $50. HOURS ARE 10am-5pm I only work BETWEEN these hours this means if u need an appt before 8am and 5 or after a fee is required ! ⏰ Late Policy A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may result $10 late fee anytime after may be canceled or rescheduled. Please communicate if you're running late. 🚫 No Call / No Show Failure to show up or notify me will result in being banned from booking ! 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all appointments. The deposit will go toward your total balance. If deposit is not paid upon booking the appointment will be cancelled ! 🔁 Rescheduling / Cancellations Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee. 👥 No Extra Guests Due to limited space and for safety reasons, please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise discussed. 💅 Nail Art Add-ons Nail art requests must be discussed in advance. Extra time or charges may apply depending on the design. 🧼 Clean Hands, Clean Nails Please come to your appointment with clean hands and no product on your nails (unless it’s a soak-off with me). I do not work over other nail techs work . Any product removal for products done elsewhere will result in a fee ! ⚠️ Health & Safety If you're sick, showing symptoms, or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule. Let’s keep each other safe! 📷 Photos I may take photos of my work for portfolio and social media. Please let me know if you prefer not to have your nails photographed.
