The Lulabella – Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with The Lulabella via Instagram, DM, or our online booking system, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from The Lulabella.
• Please ensure all booking details are correct before confirming.

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable booking free is required to secure all appointments.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• Failure to pay booking fee may result in your appointment not being secured.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations outside of this time will result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

By booking with The lulabella Studio , you agree to these Policies & Terms. The lulabella Studio  may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

I had my brows waxed and tinted today, im so pleased with how they look love em 😍,  the girl was lovely who did them very friendly made me feel at ease, will deffo be getting my brows done there all the time now 😊
