By booking an appointment with The cHair, clients agree to the following terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without any fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. All services are subject to availability, and The cHair reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Clients must provide accurate contact information and service preferences. The cHair is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during services. By using our services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
