Welcome to The Zen Room, a comfortable and cozy space in The Wee School Art Space on Henrietta Street. I have been trained and practising since 2021. So, take a deep cleansing breath and experience a wonderful bespoke treatment. I use cruelty free, quality natural products that have good honest ethics towards the environment. Customised especially for you to improve your skin’s condition, promote deep relaxation and well-being. Additionally, treatment will include breath work, scalp massage or arm and hand massage. A real treat for body, mind and soul.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage also known as champissage is an ancient lifestyle practice to create harmony in the body. The massage will focus on the head, shoulders and back. Using various massage techniques to increase energy flow through the body. Wonderful for relieving stress, relaxing the mind, experiencing a deep relaxation. Can help with headaches, eye strain and hair loss. You are seated and can choose to have oils in your session.

Massage & Reiki Combined

We will start with a 30min back, neck & shoulder massage for deep relaxation of the mind & body in preparation for the energy work to begin. The therapist will continue by placing hands over or on the body over the 7 chakra centres.

ADDITIONAL FACIAL & MASSAGE TOOLS - Cryo Globes, Gua Sha, Jade Mushroom Hot Stones

GUA SHA is a Chinese technique smooth edged tool. I use rose quartz. It is gently ‘scrapped’ across the face and neck to promote blood flow and relieve tension. CRYO GLOBES are made from stainless steel and are very cold giving an invigorating facial to reduce puffiness, tighten skin and enhance circulation. LIKYA JADE MUSHROOM HOT STONES The hot stones help to relieve and relax tension in the muscles during a facial or massage.

Scalp Massage & Oiling

A seated treatment to help stimulate the scalp to help promote hair growth and also for relaxation. Oils are included in this treatment so please be aware of this when booking. For optimum benefit oils should be left in for a few hours or better still, overnight. Combs and brushes will be used.
