By booking with The Tan Tent, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by The Tan Tent. We require a £10.00deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Clients may cancel or reschedule at any time. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. The Tan Tent may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible . Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Been coming to Jamie Leigh for a good few months now and using a monthly membership. 

Would recommend anyone to sign up! The tan is absolutely beautiful and fades rather than gets patchy. 

A lot of people have thought it was a natural tan too!
