The Studio Policy

Welcome to The Studio! 
As a single-operator beauty business, my time is valuable and each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please take a moment to read the following policies designed to ensure smooth and respectful bookings for everyone.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy..
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations..
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within the 48-hour window, the full treatment cost will be charged.
Failure to pay any outstanding fees will result in all future appointments being cancelled and any new booking requests denied until payment is made.

Cancellations & Contact Information..
All cancellations must be made by you — either through the online booking system or by email.
Please ensure your email address and phone number are entered correctly when booking so you can access your confirmation email and manage any changes directly.

Unwell Clients..
If you are unwell prior to your appointment or arrive feeling unwell, I will be unable to carry out your treatment. This is to protect the health of both myself and other clients. In this case, the full appointment fee will still apply.

Changing Your Treatment..
If you decide to change your treatment when you arrive, you will still be charged for the service originally booked if the new treatment is of a lower value. If the new treatment is higher in cost, the higher rate will apply.

Guests..
Please do not bring guests or anyone accompanying you to your appointment. The studio space is private and designed for one client at a time.

Recently visited Jess for the first time for a French BIAB manicure, and it was such a lovely experience. It was so nice to meet Jess. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The salon has such a lovely, calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made the whole appointment even more enjoyable. I'm absolutely thrilled with my nails. I would 100% recommend Jess and will definitely be returning myself!


Jess is always professional and does the best brow lamination, I am always happy with the results.

The deluxe dermaplaning facial is wonderful! It felt great and now my skin is absolutely glowing and way less congested. It cleared out so much gunk!

I’ve now been for two back, neck & shoulder massages and they have been amazing. Jess is lovely and makes you feel very relaxed as soon as you walk in the door.
