“Having never been waxed like this before, I had no idea what to expect. Lauren put me at ease the whole time, checking regularly that I was ok, wanted to continue. She used breathing and chatting to help put me at ease and make the whole experience as comfortable as possible (considering getting waxed is not without some discomfort!). Lauren has gained another regular customer here! Thank you Lauren for giving me the best possible first waxing experience 😁”

“If you are considering a wax you HAVE to visit Lauren. My usual waxing lady was fully booked so I thought I'd try Lauren and I'm so pleased I did. I met her for the first time today and she immediately made me feel like I'd known her for years. She instantly put me at ease, she was so professional and caring, very considerate and made every effort to ensure I was happy. I had a Hollywood wax, it was quick and the pain was more than tolerable due to her technique, the results are amazing!! ”
