Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation with 48 hours or no-show full payment is required. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. A deposit will need to be made within 24 hours of making the booking to secure. I will contact you once the booking is made on the system to make payment.
