Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper scheduling accommodations. Arriving late will shorten your service time. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled or canceled. Please call or text if you experience unexpected delays. A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to show up for an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or require full payment for future bookings. Deposits may be applied toward rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given (e.g., 24 hours). Services may be declined at anytime.
