Policy and Terms
The Shiners Auto Spa – Service Policy Appointments & Punctuality • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After that, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Vehicle Condition • Excessively dirty vehicles (heavy mud, sand, pet hair, biohazards, or bodily fluids) may require an additional fee or may be declined for service. • Please remove personal belongings before your appointment to ensure the best results. Weather Policy • In case of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled for the next available date at no penalty. Payment • Payment is due upon completion of service. • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. ⸻ No Call / No Show Policy At The Shiners Auto Spa, time is valuable for both our clients and our business. • A No Call / No Show is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice. • Clients who fail to show up without contacting us will be charged a No Call / No Show fee (or will forfeit their deposit, if applicable). • Repeat No Call / No Shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid fees.
