-Cancellation period less than 48 hours will be charged 
- 15 late policy, any later than 15 minutes from your appointment time I cannot fulfil your appointment and you will have to cover the cost of the appointment. 
- Cash only on the day 
- If you come to your appointment with product on your nail and haven’t stated you had product on you may not be able to have any treatment.
- If you no show you will be asked to pay 50% of the appointment before being booked back in.
