Policy and Terms
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: As a single-chair, in-home salon, all appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy is strictly enforced.
