“I was sceptical at first when I went to Kirstie but I’d been in a high stress state for nearly two years with one thing or another in our personal lives and I could feel and hear myself snapping and getting more stressed. I wanted to try holistic therapies first and saw The Reki Room and looked what Reki has to offer and booked myself in. I totally enjoyed the experience it’s calm, soothing, relaxing.
