Although I wasn’t sure what to expect, my intention was to quieten my mind and be able to relax areas of tension in my body. “Just back from my first reiki session with Kirstie and I have not felt so seen, held or listened to for a very long time. As bizarre as it sounds I was out walking my dog one morning and kirstie ran past me. I didn’t know kirstie or anything about her but as we brushed past each other I got tingles all over my body which made something inside me think she may be a lady I should meet. I looked up local ladies who do yoga etc and found a photo and was like mmm maybe something in this. ”

“Kirstie is honestly like a miracle worker. An hour on her bed feels like I’ve had three months’ sleep — I still don’t know how she does what she does! Not only is the Reiki session itself amazing, but she also gives you the time and space to talk, which is invaluable. You never feel rushed, and you leave feeling lighter, calmer and completely reset. I would always recommend her — in fact, I’ve just booked my second set of sessions because I love how I feel after every visit. She’s incredible.”
