Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with The Purfect Nail Studio, clients agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee. Ensure ample prep time for a comfortable experience; we recommend 5-10 minutes arrival prior to the scheduled appointment. We require your name, phone number and email address upon booking as appointments are confirmed, managed and reminders sent via email or text message the day before the appointment. Secure Your Appointment with a 50% Deposit. To ensure a smooth and reliable booking experience, we require a 50% deposit when scheduling your appointment. This policy helps us provide dedicated service by: *Reducing no-shows and last-minute cancellations that affect our availability. *Protecting our time and resources, allowing us to focus on delivering the best possible experience. *Ensuring fairness by reserving your spot and preventing overbooking.
