Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. However, if you reschedule your appointment with the 24 hour window, using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Cancellations or no-shows made after this window will be charged the remaining amount. If bringing children, you do this at your and their own risk.
