I have been a client at the Pilates Room for over 18 months now,  Deirdre is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always tailoring the workouts to suit my individual needs and goals.

Deirdre has literally changed my life. I have multiple issues within my body and the one to one sessions she does are completely tailored to my individual needs. Coupled with the full body massage I am so much better off both physically and mentally.
