Policy and Terms
Clients must give between 12-24 hours notice if rescheduling or cancelling, no shows who make no attempt to contact us will be charged full price for their groom. Prices vary in relation to the dog’s temperament, coat condition, etc. The shop itself is open Tuesday-Saturday Your dogs groom may not take the amount of time stated on the website, it could be longer or shorter, either way you will be texted when there is 15 minutes left until your dog is ready to collect.🐾🤎
