Bio- Sonic Tuning
At the OSM shop: We primarily use Om, Heart and Pineal and flower of life tuning forks , encouraging the body to multiply its nitric oxide production- boosting neuro- receptivity, de-calcifying the pineal gland; boosting serotonin, dopamine and melanin(where applicable) and decalcifying the heart, leaving it light and open. Om completes the cipher by bringing us to center giving us clarity. Flower of life to manifest desires from a state of purity.
We include crystal gridding, a 10 minute Sound Bowl Immersion and aromatherapy. Clients are encouraged to lie down comfortably allowing a deeply restorative session . We finish with 5 minutes of silence. I will leave you to rest and gather yourself slowly before returning to the world.
