Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is of £15 is required to secure every appointment. • Deposits are deducted from the final price at your appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 h notice the deposit will be lost. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancelling under the notice period will result in a late cancellation fee 50% of service • More than 2 late cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. No-Shows • No-shows or same day cancellations are charged 100% of the service price. • You will be required to pay the fee before booking again. Lateness Policy • I allow a 15 minute grace period • After that, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and charged as a no-show. • Please message me if you’re running behind so I can try to accommodate. Preparation for Your Appointment To ensure the best results: • Arrive with clean, bare nails, unless you have booked a removal. • If you arrive with acrylic/gel that you didn’t mention, I may not have time and you may need to rebook (deposit lost). Health & Safety • If you have symptoms of illness (cold, flu, COVID, infections), please reschedule. • I cannot work on infected nails, open cuts, warts, or suspected fungal issues. • Please inform me of allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. Nail Guarantee • Nails are guaranteed for 72 hours • Breakages due to poor aftercare are not covered. • Repairs outside the guarantee period will be charged. Payment • I accept payment via: cash, bank transfer • All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
