Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £10 will be required to confirm your appointment, please note appointments will not be confirmed until this is received. Please could this be bank transferred within 24hours to keep your allotted appointment time. This will be taken off your final price. Cancellations: Clients who cancel their bookings with less than 48hours before their appointment will loose their deposit. If you wish to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. If you cancel with less than 24hours before your appointment or No show you will be charged the full treatment price which will need to be paid before being able to book in with me again.
