Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a $20.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non‑refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion; after 15 minutes your appointment is rescheduled.

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business; no extra guests, please.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. I overly loved Miss Keekee! I was so impressed with the service over all! No time was wasted...she started as soon as I sat down and didn't stop until she was done with my service!
