If your preferred time slot is unavailable, please contact us directly, as earlier or later appointments may be arranged. Please confirm your appointment time by replying via text. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment. The Nail Box Day Spa reserves the right to amend these policies as needed. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. If a late arrival involves multiple services and time does not permit completion of all services, the service will still be charged. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. The Nail Box Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
