Booking Policy Thank you for choosing The Loft Bar. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Booking Confirmation & Payment Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation text message along with a payment link for the required booking fee. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the full payment has been made. Minimum Spend Agreement All bookings are subject to a minimum spend requirement, which will be outlined at the time of booking. If the minimum spend is not met on the day of your booking, the remaining balance will be payable. Responsibility of the Organiser The organiser is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all guests at the venue. Any misconduct, including disruptive or abusive behaviour, may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises. Refusal of Service The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guests who are intoxicated or display abusive behaviour towards staff. Damage & Cleaning Any damage to the venue or its property caused by your group will result in charges for repairs or replacement. Excessive mess or damage requiring additional cleaning will incur an extra cleaning fee, charged to the organiser at the time of the event. 18th Birthday Parties We do not accept bookings for 18th birthday parties. Any booking made for an 18th birthday party will not be honoured and the booking fee will be lost if not cancelled within the specified time frame (4 weeks before the event). If a party arrives on the day and it has not been disclosed that it is an 18th birthday party, the group will be removed from the venue, and the full minimum spend will be payable. Persons Under 18 If you wish to bring persons under the age of 18 to the venue, this must be discussed and approved by management prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry to under-18 guests. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask you to consider the following terms when cancelling your booking: Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of your booking fee if you cancel at least 4 weeks before the scheduled date of your event. To cancel, please contact us via email at hello@theloftbarbridgend.co.uk. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the booking date will forfeit the booking fee, which will be retained by the venue. No-Show or Early Termination: In the event of a no-show or early termination of your event, no refund will be issued.
