Policy and Terms

Clients of The Lazy Lotus Massage and Esthetics - MM45936 may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels or no-shows appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
